This Privacy Policy explains how Asia Market Signal Publishing Control ("the application") accesses, uses, stores, and shares information obtained through Google and YouTube APIs. The application is a private desktop publishing workflow operated for the Asia Market Signal YouTube channel.

1. Information the application may access

2. How information is used

Google and YouTube data is used only to provide operator-facing features such as authenticating the correct channel, preparing publishing requests, uploading or managing content when initiated by the operator, validating publishing status, and reviewing channel analytics.

The application does not use Google user data for advertising, personalized advertising, credit decisions, data brokerage, or unrelated profiling.

3. OAuth credentials and local storage

The application may store OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, channel configuration, and related authorization state locally on the operator's computer so the desktop workflow can remain authenticated.

4. Sharing and disclosure

The application is not designed to sell Google user data or share it with advertising platforms, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. Information may be processed by Google/YouTube as necessary to provide their APIs and services or disclosed when required by applicable law.

5. Data retention

Local OAuth credentials and configuration may be retained for as long as required to operate the authenticated publishing workflow. The operator may remove local credentials or revoke Google access at any time.

6. Revoking access and deleting local authorization data

The operator may revoke the application's Google Account access through Google Account security controls. Local OAuth credential or token files may also be deleted from the operator's computer when no longer required.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

The application's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

8. Security

Reasonable safeguards are used to limit access to OAuth credentials and publishing configuration to the authorized operator and local publishing environment.

This policy may be updated when data practices, requested permissions, or publishing features change. The current version will remain available at this URL.
